This is the design philosophy that Miami-based Jewelry Designer, Elizabeth Wasserman follows in creating her unique and expressive jewelry line, Jewelry by E. Her attention to detail, bold use of color, and textures makes her pieces stand out. Considerable time and effort are dedicated to finding special and rare beads and precious metals from around the world. Pave and rose cut diamonds, semi-precious stones, pearls, sting-ray, druzy, hand-blown glass, sterling silver beads, 24 kt. vermeil beads, wood, agate, and leather are but a sampling of the natural elements Elizabeth incorporates into her one of a kind jewelry pieces.
Elizabeth’s love and passion for jewelry and fashion began at a young age in Houston, Texas. Her parents owned a fine jewelry and diamond business and she grew up learning the industry.
Living in Miami for the past 25 years has ignited an eclectic artistic inspiration in the artist. As a result, her collections have a global vibe that are edgy, sexy and fun, yet sophisticated and elegant a la Miami.
After a dear friend approached the designer to design a statement necklace for a special event, Elizabeth finally embraced the idea to fulfill her dream of creating distinctive one of a kind jewelry. Her goal is to design pieces that exude individual personality and pizzazz for the clients who wear them.
In 2010, Elizabeth launched her exciting new venture, Jewelry by E. This young company is quickly growing from home trunk shows and holiday bazaars, to now enjoying a notable presence in local prestigious boutiques and hotels in Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, and now Aspen Colorado. Jewelry by E has plans to enter into new markets in exciting locations around the country in the very near future.
